Join soloists Shannon Canavin (soprano), Martin Near (countertenor) and Boston’s critically-acclaimed EXSULTEMUS as they present Pergolesi’s monumental masterwork “Stabat Mater” with period instruments, and other vocal works of Baroque Italy. This program of Italian literature will certainly be a feast for the senses, and an afternoon of quiet reflection and gentle inspiration during the Lenten season.
