Fellowship Opportuntities
Youth Fellowships – Beginning Sunday, September 16, 2008 – 7:00 - 8:30pm
Fellowship programs include four basic elements: outreach, worship, learning, and recreation. A given meeting may focus on just one of these elements, or involve all four. The goal is to reach a balance during the program year. Junior and Senior High Fellowships do not meet on the last Sunday of the month.

Junior and Senior High young people are eligible to tryout for the First Church team. Tryouts and practice begin in October. The season begins in December and runs through the end of March. Practice is held on Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. and games are held at the Nashua YMCA. Watch the Newsletter and Sunday bulletin for more information and location of practice.

Out to Lunch Bunch – second Wednesday of the month, 12:30 p.m.

Decorate the Church -- Friday, November 23, 2007, 7:00 p.m.
A time for fellowship and decorating the First Church sanctuary and tree for Christmas. Watch the bulletin and newsletter for more detailed information.
Sunday Brunch – 11:30am in the dining room - enjoy good fellowship and good food
Sign-ups are held two weeks prior to each brunch.

Rally Sunday -- Sunday, September 16, 2007
Annual celebration of the beginning of the church’s program year. Worship is followed by a cookout.
2007 - 2008 Drama Ministry Productions

The Drama Ministry will present it’s spring performance on Friday April 13 and Saturday April 14 at 7:30pm and Sunday April 15, 2007 at 2:00pm. The presentation for October 28, 2006 will be the one and only Talent Show. Keep your eyes on the bulletins and newsletters for updates on this exciting ministry.
Family Feud -- Sunday, 1:00 p.m., November 4, 2007
Based on the TV show of the same name, First Church’s version of the “Feud” pits teams of parents, advisors, junior and senior high fellowships against one another in friendly competition. A great time of fun and fellowship for folks of all ages. Come join Al Slick and Vanna and discover what “the survey says!”
Advent Event – Saturday, December 8, 2007, 5:30pm
Following a potluck supper, the Junior High Drama Troupe performs ‘The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” on the stage in Nauss Hall.
The Mike Balcom Memorial Old-timers Basketball Game
Held following the completion of the YMCA Church League season this annual game pits the men of First Church against the First Church team. At half time of the game the Craig Hutchinson Memorial Most Improved Player Award, the Sportsmanship Award, and Player of the Year Award are presented to members of the First Church team.
Horton Center Retreat -- Friday - Sunday, September 5 -7, 2008
This annual get-away for families, singles, couples, young, old, and in-between is an opportunity to enjoy our Conference’s retreat Center on Pine Mountain in Gorham, New Hampshire. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty of Northern New Hampshire in the fall.
